Acceptable use policy
A plain statement of what we arrange, what we don't, and what's expected of everyone involved.
What we arrange
The Private Companion arranges strictly social companionship: dinner companionship, event and gala companionship, travel companionship, and corporate or networking companionship, as described on our Services page.
What we do not arrange
We do not offer, arrange, advertise, or condone sexual services of any kind, under any circumstance. Any engagement is void and immediately terminated if either party requests or attempts to negotiate sexual services, regardless of framing or terminology used. This applies equally to the initial inquiry, screening call, and the engagement itself.
Code of conduct
- Treat companions and clients with respect at all times
- Provide accurate information during screening and booking
- Honor agreed terms, timing, and cancellation windows
- Refrain from any request for sexual services, explicit or implied
- Maintain the confidentiality of any companion or client information shared
Enforcement
Violations of this policy result in immediate termination of the engagement and permanent removal from our client list or companion roster. Where appropriate, we reserve the right to report unlawful conduct to relevant authorities.
Reporting a concern
If a client or companion behaves inappropriately during any stage of an engagement, contact us immediately at inquiries@theprivatecompanion.com. All reports are treated confidentially.
