Eligibility

Age requirement

All clients and companions must be at least 18 years of age. In jurisdictions where local law sets a higher minimum age for this type of service, the higher age applies, and it is the responsibility of both The Private Companion and the individual to confirm and comply with the applicable local requirement.

Identity verification

We require government-issued photo identification to confirm age and identity before any engagement is confirmed. We do not make exceptions to this requirement.

Nature of services

Every client and companion explicitly acknowledges, before any engagement is confirmed, that all services arranged by The Private Companion are strictly social companionship — for dinners, events, galas, travel, and professional functions — and that no sexual services are offered, arranged, requested, or implied by either party. Any request for sexual services will result in immediate termination of the inquiry or engagement and permanent removal from our client list or companion roster.

Jurisdictional compliance

Companionship services are subject to varying local laws. Clients and companions are responsible for ensuring their own compliance with applicable local regulations. We reserve the right to decline service in any jurisdiction where we cannot confirm compliant operation.
