Terms of service

1. Nature of services

The Private Companion(“we,” “us”) arranges introductions between clients and independent companions for strictly social occasions — dinners, events, galas, travel, and professional functions. We are not an escort agency and do not offer, arrange, or condone sexual services under any circumstance.

2. Eligibility

Use of our services is restricted to individuals 18 years of age or older (or the higher age required by local law). By submitting an inquiry, you represent that you meet this requirement and agree to our Eligibility policy.

3. Screening and no guarantee of matching

All inquiries are subject to our screening process. We reserve the right to decline any inquiry, and submitting an inquiry does not guarantee an engagement will be arranged.

4. Fees and terms

Fees, timing, and any other terms specific to an engagement are agreed in writing during the confirmation stage, before the engagement is booked. We do not publish standard pricing, as terms vary by occasion and duration.

5. Conduct

Use of our services is governed by our Acceptable Use Policy. Violation of that policy may result in immediate termination of an engagement and permanent removal from our client list or companion roster.

6. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy and Discretion & Privacy policy.

7. Limitation of liability

We facilitate introductions but are not a party to the personal interactions that occur during an engagement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Private Companion disclaims liability for the conduct of clients or companions during an engagement, beyond our screening and matching responsibilities.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
