Trust & Policies
Discretion & privacy
Discretion isn't a feature we advertise and forget — it's built into how we communicate, store information, and arrange every engagement.
What we collect
We collect only what’s needed to verify identity, arrange an engagement, and keep both parties safe: your name, contact details, the occasion, and any preferences relevant to matching. We do not request or store financial account details, and we never ask for information unrelated to arranging your engagement.
How we communicate
Inquiries are handled by email and, where needed, a phone screening call. We do not send unsolicited marketing to past clients, and we never reference an engagement by name in written communication without your agreement on how to refer to it.
Confidentiality agreements
For clients who need one — public figures, executives, or anyone with heightened privacy needs — we can provide a mutual non-disclosure agreement covering the engagement, the companion’s identity, and any details shared during screening. Ask during your inquiry and we’ll include it in the confirmation process.
What we never do
- Publish client or companion names, photos, or identifying details
- Share your information with any third party outside the engagement
- Maintain a public profile catalogue or booking calendar
- Retain information longer than needed to arrange and follow up on an engagement
Data retention & requests
We retain inquiry and screening records only as long as needed for safety and legal purposes. To request deletion of your information or ask a question about this policy, contact us at inquiries@theprivatecompanion.com.
